At Fortress Coffee we pursue offering the best roast profile for each coffee we have, but this involves a lot of experimentation and sampling. We do not wish to be wasteful and we can only drink so much coffee on a daily basis by ourselves. Therefore, we have decided to offer the coffee that we roast in the process of fine tuning our roast profiles. Each batch will be a different origin and be roasted with slight variations, but you can still expect freshness. This coffee anywhere from a medium roast or darker but lighter than a french roast.
